Make an Impression
Each month from March through November, our team of volunteers rotates on a weekly basis, typically from Wednesday through Saturday during daylight hours, to keep our campus looking great. This dedicated effort saves the church over $30,000 annually!
We provide all the tools. We just need your help with the muscle!
What's Required?
What does it take to be on a weekly lawn team?
- Physical Ability: Be able-bodied and capable of standing, sitting, walking, and carrying materials.
- Commitment: Be willing to serve for 1.5-2 hours once a month performing one or more of these tasks:
- Edging all sidewalks and parking lot curbs, then blowing them clean
- Cutting all applicable areas with the riding lawn mower
- Cutting smaller areas and around trees with a self-propelled mower
- Trimming around the base of trees, fences, etc
- Blowing leaves from curbs, sidewalks, and parking lot
- Additional Responsibilities: Be willing to serve as needed to:
- Power wash
- Maintain the shrubs
- Paint parking lot stripes
